Eighteen-year-old, Filipino singer-songwriter, Luey June, has been honing their songwriting skills for the past few years. Luey June’s humble and easy-going attitude translates into their effortless and effervescent songs. Through the medium of songwriting, Luey June has been able to express themselves and discover their own voice in the world. Luey June contributes their work ethic to their mother and is very inspired by what she has done for them and their two siblings. June also appreciates their music teachers who have helped push them to take risks in putting their music out into the world. June’s next performance will be for the rFUTURE NYC 2023 film premiere in the Bruno Walter Auditorium at Lincoln Center. June hopes this is just the beginning of a long musical journey.
